Momentum Health provides health care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause through in-person and virtual visits. Services are available for personal appointments or in small, supportive group settings. This practice is cash-pay, allowing for longer visits and deeper conversations - resulting in actionable, personalized care plans. We help women understand what is happening in their bodies during this transition and guide them through symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, weight shifts, brain fog, and changes in energy or motivation. Care includes medical evaluation, prescription therapies (including hormone therapy when appropriate), supplements, and a strong focus on lifestyle medicine—nutrition, physical activity, mental health, stress management, and strengthening social connections—so treatment is comprehensive, sustainable, and aligned with your goals. We help women move beyond simply surviving menopause to building a healthier, stronger future.
The H.E.L.P. for Menopause Program is a 9-week evidence-based intervention designed to support women through the menopausal transition. The program consists of five structured group sessions held every other week, each lasting approximately 75 to 90 minutes. Sessions incorporate group discussions or breakouts to facilitate personalized action plans and goal setting. Between group sessions, participants will engage in guided educational content and activities to reinforce key learning objectives. The program is developed and facilitated by a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals, including a women's health and hormone specialist, a nutrition expert, a physical activity authority, and behavioral/mental health clinician. Participants will be provided with comprehensive information and prescriptions (as indicated) on both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options, alongside evidence-based behavioral strategies aimed at improving symptom management, functional health, and overall quality of life during midlife and beyond.
